What I Wish Existed Before
When I was scaling All Hours from $12M to $20M as GM and COO, I watched my male colleagues tap into networks I didn't have access to. They had people to call, I didn't.
I spent years in corporate retail, advertising agencies, and trades businesses. I've been the only woman at the table more times than I can count. I know what it's like to wonder if everyone else is making it up too.
I built Audara because I needed it. A place where women business owners and leaders can get support. That's what this is.
What I've realized is that women owners and operators need a space to think strategically with peers who are doing the same. We think in different ways. We lead in different ways. That's what I'm creating here. A place where you can be strategic about your business alongside women who understand that.
